Alex was resistant at first to leave Earth, wanthing to fight it out with the scum when they arrived. Opposed to the councils motives and social engineering he was final persuaded by a comrade who he had served with in the Rio uprising. After leaving college in the European State of Great Britain he joined the EUs Ground Forces in the Bismarck Regiment as a Recce specialist.
Persona wise he's often quite detached in thought. But his friendly, warms up to new people easily and likes to have a laugh. He showed strong eladership potential and his agility, Marksmanship and ability to organise got him his place.

He has an electric personality and is utterly social, despite his chosen profession, he seems to view the dire situation humanity is in aswell as this harsh new world as some kind of fantastically entertaining adventure and greets every day with renewed fervor.
