Introduction
Finally, after much work, Twidit's Visual RP is completed, a game not unlike the classic Final Fantasy games, where one moves around on a 2D board, interacting with the various non-player characters and fighting with monsters. This game is also similar to the well known "Spore Forum Game" in the way that in order to do things, the players must inform the host, Twidit, of their actions, and then he will post the next picture. However the difference between those two games and this one, is that first of all, each player will have their own character, which can split up from the party, and do their own actions. Rather than voting for what a single character does. The game will be updated at 8am, and 8pm, TST (Twidit standard time) on weekdays, and 10am, and 10pm, TST, assuming that someone has posted between the update times. If a player doesn't post during that time, Twidit assumes that they go along with the party, or, if in combat, attacks a random enemy. Updates may be more often if multiple players are online at the same time as Twidit, or if a player is off by themselves and away from the rest of the party ((which will result in a temporary passworded sub-board)).
Characters
In this game, multiple characters are playable, and there will be more added as the game progresses. Each character has different strengths and weaknesses.
In the game, each player has six stats: Strength, Defence, Stamina, Intelligence, Dexterity, Charm.
Stength affects the damage you do and can be increased through use of different weapons. Defence reduces the effectiveness of attacks against you and can be increased by wearing armour, Stamina directly effects the ammount of health you have and also helps you protect against poison. Intelligence affects the character's knowledge of monsters, such as their stats and weak points. It also affects the character's knowledge when it comes to spell use, a higher skill allowing the character to cast better spells and increasing their maximum Mana. Dexterity affects the character's ability to sneak past and steal from enemies and NPCs, also making them more proficient with long ranged weapons. Charm increases the character's overall appearance, allowing them to interact better with NPCs, it also allows the character to buy objects for less gold from shops.
Strengths and Weaknesses
As mentioned beforehand, each playable class has its ups and its downs. Here they are:
Warrior
+2 Strength, +2 Defence, +2 Stamina, -2 Dexterity,
-2 Intelligence. Can not use Healing or Arcane magic.
